Cape Cod custom home builder gallery

Modest custom home we built a couple of years ago. We build one room additions to mcmansions.
This is one of the custom homes we built. This is about halfway through the exterior construction

The great room fireplace wall of the same house. Notice the raised paneling and the custom built ins.
This a Chatham kitchen that we completely renovated. We love remodeling kitchens and bring them to life.
This is from the kitchen looking out. To the right is an extension of the kitchen with many more cabinets and a prep sink. Note the built in under the picture window.
This is another one of the beautiful custom homes we have built for our clients since 2001.
This is the same house as the previous photo but from the front as opposed to the rear.

This is a lower Cape home we custom built a few years ago. We added the touches and looks that the owners wanted throughout their home.
This is the view on the left side of the home. Notice the tightness and neatness of the roof with the sidewall.
This is the eat in kitchen which includes custom cabinets. Notice the built in under the window that matches the kitchen cabinets. That is the personal touch we excel at.
They wanted their library to have that antique feel so we created an expose beam ceiling. Notice the built in corner bookcases (one behind the door).
Personally this was our favorite room to build. Notice the panels above the bed. They are horizontal as opposed to vertical like all the other panels throughout the master bedroom.
Notice the closet doors on each side. We loved doing this room and think the master bedroom looks gorgeous!
The original boat house was torn down and we had to build the replacement within the same footprint. This is the foundation for the new custom boar house.
Before we laid down the subfloor, since it is lifted off the ground, we insulated the foundation to keep the boat house cool and warm.
The sub-flooring is now completed. Notice how cold it is. Cold doesn’t stop us from doing the job!
This is the front view of the “boat house”. It doesn’t house a boat though. It is a one room building right at the water.
This project required stringent building codes. Notice the stainless steal braces that connect the studs to the sill and foundation and roof rafters. You can’t see it but there are rods in each corner connecting the roof to the foundation.
Exterior view just as we are starting to lay the cedar shingle roof.
This is the view from the water. The two doors slide to cover the windows and protect it during the off season and storms.
This is the side view facing the water. The deck/landing doesn’t have the rails built yet.
This is the interior, which is just one big room. They were not allowed to have a kitchen or bathroom in this “boat house”. We are in the process of finished the interior.
Now the interior is 99% finished. Noticed the painted rafters and ceiling and the bead board 4/5ths of the way up the walls. This was an enjoyable custom build for us.
