Installation tip….
One of the things we do when installing windows as we seal the tape with Dow 995 on both the flange and the wall.
Sometimes when the siding may not be installed right away water can get behind the flashing and have it peel off. This is an extra layer of protection to keep that from happening.

@centor_usa is a great product but the installation is much different than a standard screen.
The RO is bigger than the unit and it needs to be taken into consideration during the framing and not after

It seems simple but sometimes the operation of the hardware and doors isn’t completely understood by homeowners and other trades onsite.
We often see product get damaged after we’ve left because someone didn’t know how to correctly operate or use it.
When in doubt always ask to avoid damaging the product
